In order to continue the growth of our group, the business unit Petrochemicals is looking for several Trainee Terminal Managers to take up future positions abroad.

Job description:
• As a future Terminal Manager you will become responsible for the daily way of working on a logistics platform. The number of your staff ranges from 20 to 150.
• You will start a 2-year intensive training in all relevant fields of value added logistics, supply chain services, and semi-industrial activities for the different business unit petrochemicals.
• As a Terminal Manager we count on your skills in the following areas: People management, responsible care, customer satisfaction, planning, public relations and finance. Problem ownership and local commercial development are key drivers.
Profile:
o University degree.
o Strong knowledge in foreign languages. Languages in excess of the traditional 4 such as Spanish, Portuguese or Italian are an asset.
o Hands on mentality, willingness to work on the floor, problem solver, strong negotiator, creative organizer and commercial flair will be daily needed qualities.
o Like us you believe in customer -friendliness, economical thinking, eagerness to learn, motivation, innovation and responsibility.
