Application Development Manager

ICT Solution Development is looking for a hands-on and driven Team Manager responsible for the development teams and all projects and applications.
Managing a team of 50 developers in Belgium and in the nearshore IT centers, therefore, a regular traveling abroad for the follow-up of employees or application projects, will be needed. We are looking for a Leader with people skills, a team-oriented persona, who is self-motivated and enjoys coaching and guiding the team.
In addition to a coordinating role, you are also in close contact with the business itself. You test the needs and wishes, search together for solutions and adjust where necessary. You report to management and are SPOC within the business unit for all development projects.
This is an exciting position with a diverse and responsible set of tasks. The emphasis is on communication, cooperation and entrepreneurship, in combination with technological set of skills.
