IT Team Lead ERP

Katoen Natie is a global logistics player with headquarters in Kallo. As Team Lead ERP, you are SPOC for the software application issues that arise. You are the responsible person who will manage the configuration and change request in the Oracle Fusion cloud and APRO environment this together with 2 colleagues.

• Problem management
• Keeping process documentation and ERP configuration documents up to date
• Managing securities and recognising and managing risks
• Incident management
• Proactive anticipation and prevention of Service Delivery issues
• Compile periodic reporting
• Review/follow-up KPIs/SLAs
• Optimising processes
• Working accurately
• Lead and motivate your team

Strengths:

• Knowledge Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Knowledge Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience
• Resistant to stress and able to handle crisis situations
• Analysis, synthesis and precision skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Dynamic, independent and proactive
• Result and SLA driven
